WHY IS MY ORDER SHIPPING SEPARATELY?
If you have multiple items in your order, each item may ship from a different warehouse, depending on which one has the item available for immediate shipping and prevents delay in you receiving your items. Some items are popular and can go on back order which will cause your items to be shipped separately.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Know that we are committed to working to get your order to you as fast as possible. Generally, our items can take 7 days to you depending on your country of residence. However, our popular items that are in high demand could take 10-15 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for your order to get to you depending on your country of residence. Our international orders can take 25 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and this varies from product to product based on your country and customs hold up. Please note that these are estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR MISSING IN TRANSIT?
If your order is delayed at customs, or sent back, or lost during transit, it is out of our control. If that unfortunately happens to an insured order, we may replace the item if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for applicable shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Generally, our prices are tax-free, but some states require taxes on item. Our prices are in USD. You are responsible for any duties and taxes associated with your country. You will be responsible for any import taxes, duties and related customs fees. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your local customs office.
